Firstly, I am a Lexus owner, this being my fourth RX from Northwest, after many years of Mercedes ownership. The reason for my change from Mercedes to Lexus is mainly for your superior service and attention to your clients. I had a 32,000 km service done last Saturday, August 02, 2014. Ms. Sanaya Bharucha, your service consultant looked after my every need with courtesy and efficiency. I am taking this opportunity to inform you that Mr. Jacek Rusin, your sales consultant has been just terrific in my sales experience with him in the course of the last three purchases.
