Hello, I just purchased my pre-owned Lexus from you last Saturday. Since then, I’ve brought my car in to get some body work completed. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with your director of service. While there, the sales manager who sold me the car – Vijay also came by on his day off to ensure all went well with my visit. And then yesterday, I received flowers from you as a thank you. I can’t tell you how blown away I am from all of this. I have NEVER experienced this level of service before. You guys have made me feel very, very special. I truly appreciate all of your efforts on my behalf. I work and live and Markham but I am very grateful that I purchased my vehicle from you.
