Hello, my name is Roberto Olivar and I am the Sales Manager here at Northwest Lexus. I was born and raised in Venezuela and came to Canada in 2005. Since then, I have made a career in the retail automotive industry, having performed many roles within a handful of manufacturers. My longest tenure was with Mercedes-Benz Canada for nearly 10 years. I’m a musician (bass guitar player and vocalist) performing Latin music, instructor of Capoeira (Brazilian self-defence art), mountain biker, hiker, camper, and can’t wait to take my baby daughter to her first trip. I am very excited to be a part of the Policaro Group as I can see how passionate everyone is for customer experience and for the product we represent.
My name is Tony Foggetti. If you’re in the vicinity of Northwest Lexus, please stop by! I speak English and Italian, and I’d be happy to answer any questions about your current vehicle, leasing, or potential trades over a hot or cool refreshment. It’s always a terrific experience seeing our loyal guests return time and again because they trust our expertise and professionalism. However, I also get a great sense of accomplishment from building relationships with new guests, and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience from beginning to end. When I’m not working, you’ll find me cruising in my 1969 Camaro RS/SS convertible, cycling, refereeing hockey games, traveling and enjoying family.
My name is Mazen Al Masri. I’m a Floor Manager at Northwest Lexus and I’m very proud to have joined this successful sales team. I graduated from Aleppo University after studying business and I’ve been working in the automotive industry ever since then. I worked for over 15 years with Lexus in United Arab Emirates, then decided to move to Canada. One of my favourite things about working in the auto industry is being able interact with guests daily. I enjoy providing guests with superior customer service and the best vehicle to fit their needs. In my free time I enjoy playing basketball, cooking, baking desserts and spending time with my family, which consists of adorable three kids and a lovely wife.
My name is Victor Suppo, I am a Financial Service Manager at Northwest Lexus. I joined the Policaro Group in February 2022 and couldn’t be happier. Through honesty, integrity & passion I work to ensure our guests’ satisfaction and success. With every guest’s best interest in mind, I enjoy building long-lasting and powerful relationships. Providing sound advice is paramount and a foundation for every partnership. In my free time, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my wife and two sons. We love to enjoy the outdoors, travel, ski, play soccer and hockey.
I have thirty years of experience with Lexus. During my time with Northwest Lexus, I’ve seen us grow from a two-vehicle franchise to our current twenty-vehicle franchise! I’m proud of how many of our guests have been loyal Lexus customers for decades—a testament to the reliability and exciting new evolution of the Lexus product. Outside of work, I like relaxing on the golf course and playing with my grandkids.
I’ve been in the automotive business since 2001, and I’ve been working at Northwest Lexus for well over a decade. Lexus builds some of the best, most reliable cars in the world—including my favourites the RX 350, the ES 350, the NX 300 and (of course) the ES 300H hybrid. My passion is sales, but above all I love to build relationships with my guests. I love it when a first-time guest remembers my nickname “King Kong” after six years, when they call me back to get another Lexus! Please don’t hesitate to introduce yourself in person, by email, or by phone—or when you see me outside of work at a Zumba class or martial arts demonstration.
My name is Jagmeet Singh & I've been a Sales Consultant at Northwest Lexus since 2019. I was born and & brought up in India where I also graduated as a Pharmacist in 2007 Punjab, India. I am fluent in English, Punjabi & Hindi. I have worked at different sales roles in India and Africa. Since moving to Canada in 2015 automotive sales has become became my passion. My favourite part of the job is connecting with different people & at the same time new cars & new technology pumps up my adrenaline. I am very passionate about automotive sales ever since I jumped into it. In my free time I enjoy watching some sports (UFC and cricket) & in summers I like to do bbq and some gardening.
I have more than twenty years of experience with multiple automobile brands in both India and Canada, and I was thrilled to join the Northwest Lexus family recently. I have a real passion for car sales, meeting new people, and helping them find their dream car. In my free time, I love watching movies and reading car blogs. My name is Daniela Milordi and I am a Service Consultant at Northwest Lexus. I am a proud graduate of Herzing College and have over 3 years of experience in the automotive industry. Using my knowledge and experience I strive to assist customers in receiving the best service possible at Northwest Lexus. In my free time, I enjoy going on hikes, traveling, etc.
I started as an apprentice at a Triumph dealership in 1971 in Scotland. I came to Canada in 1988—so many years working “in the shop”! Outside of work, my wife and I look after five of our seven grandkids, so I often say my main goals and interests are peace and quiet! At work, however, I’m all about the “Pursuit of Perfection.” If you were to ask me what I like most about Northwest Lexus, I’d have to say it’s the support and that I get to keep up with all the exciting new technology.
Parts
My name is Mark Griffin and I am the Parts Manager at Northwest Lexus. I am a Service and Parts professional with over 30 years of experience assisting customers with their automotive needs. My education has mostly been hands on, but I have been fortunate enough to participate in numerous professional training courses during my career at Georgian College, Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Humber College, and Western University. I would say one of my best qualities is building relationships with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and team members. Outside of work, you will find me with my family and friends at my favorite sushi restaurant or on a beach playing competitive Beach Volleyball.
I come from an extensive automotive background: over twenty-three years of experience at a family car parts business in Kenya, plus well over a decade of experience with Lexus in Canada! On my days off, you can find me on the golf course or the squash court.
