This was our first experience with Northwest Lexus Service Department. We were impressed with the follow-up for our initial inspection and the efforts made to ensure the appointment met with our schedule. Several days before the scheduled appointment we received an email and telephone call reminder of our appointment. Once at the service desk, we were greeted immediately and assigned a service advisor who made arrangements for the car to be taken in. The professionalism and attention given was outstanding. We continue to be impressed with all aspects of this dealership.
