I had a great experience dealing with Kong initially, he was very informative and really helped me work something out based on my budget. When Kong went on holidays, he set me up with the used car manager who was just fantastic. I was than referred to Jacek, who was a gem, he was kind accommodating and really followed up very well. I went to many other dealerships before I purchased my car and Northwest trumped them all. Great Job!
