This time was exactly the same like last time or the one before: an outstanding experience, a great pleasure to deal with a very professional and friendly Service Department Team. Please send my gratitude to Joe Mackenzie for his dedication and his genuine talent of making everybody (myself included) happy again and again. The Policaro Family is extremely fortunate to have people like Joe Mckenzie or Sanaya Bharuch or Kent Gerhardt in Service Department and people like Angelo Montoni in Sales Department. This is what makes Northwest Lexus so special. Lots of people in this field believe they can sell or service Lexus vehicles, however nobody will ever came close to the expertise and customer care provided by your colleagues I have mentioned here.
