Once again through open honest communication between service advisor (Tom Berger) and customer, the excellent service provided continues. There are many nay slayers out there that do not believe automobile dealers service departments are customer orientated. Many believe they are self serving. I am always glad to retort not mine Northwest Lexus does care and continue to provide me with quality excellent service at a fair and reasonable price. Quality staff does make it happen. Thanks again for the excellent service provided.
