The service department at Northwest is so nice on the phone and so accommodating. I can’t believe how quickly I can get a service appt for my vehicle and they pick it up from my office, what a convenience, and they drop it off. Amazing, amazing, amazing.

The service with Northwest Lexus is always above par! I love the appointment reminder email – I was able to provide dates that I am available and details on the service I need to book. When NWL called to confirm my appointment, they offered to pick up the car for me – extremely convenient. Conversing with Andy on the status of my vehicle during the appointment is always uplifting. As I have previously experienced, the recent service at Northwest Lexus was top notch. Service staff are friendly and efficient. I usually deal with Joe, but on this occasion was helped out by Andy. I can tell you that my service experience was very positive. Your service team was able to schedule an appointment at a convenient time. When I drove in to the service bay, I was received promptly and a service technician was able to deal with my requests. I required use of your shuttle service, which was extremely prompt for both my trip home as well as the subsequent pickup to return to the dealership. Staff was extremely friendly and took the necessary time to deal with me. All-in-all, as I indicated above, my service experience was extremely positive.

It’s always great experience coming to Northwest Lexus – staff and quality work which is provided is one the best in the business. I live in Mississauga and we have a dealership 10 min away from my house but Northwest Lexus dealership has better service and staff is very polite and really helpful. I am big fan of Northwest Lexus dealership- Keep up the good work!!!!
