I can tell you that my service experience was very positive. Your service team was able to schedule an appointment at a convenient time. When I drove in to the service bay, I was received promptly and a service technician was able to deal with my requests. I required use of your shuttle service, which was extremely prompt for both my trip home as well as the subsequent pickup to return to the dealership. Staff was extremely friendly and took the necessary time to deal with me. All-in-all, as I indicated above, my service experience was extremely positive.

It’s always great experience coming to Northwest Lexus – staff and quality work which is provided is one the best in the business. I live in Mississauga and we have a dealership 10 min away from my house but Northwest Lexus dealership has better service and staff is very polite and really helpful. She’s got the right personality for this position — she’s very professional, pleasant, listens to my numerous questions, and patient to demonstrate procedure/s numerous times to an old dinosaur like me!! Firstly, I am a Lexus owner, this being my fourth RX from Northwest, after many years of Mercedes ownership. The reason for my change from Mercedes to Lexus is mainly for your superior service and attention to your clients. I had a 32,000 km service done last Saturday, August 02, 2014. Ms. Sanaya Bharucha, your service consultant looked after my every need with courtesy and efficiency. I am taking this opportunity to inform you that Mr. Jacek Rusin, your sales consultant has been just terrific in my sales experience with him in the course of the last three purchases. I realize that Jacek is on sick leave. I wish him a speedy recovery, and look forward to working with him again in 2015 to lease my fourth vehicle from him, and my fifth from Northwest Lexus. Regards
I would like to write to commend you guys at Northwest Lexus on your superb customer service. Specifically Andy Couto whom I dealt with on a previous visit to Northwest. I have never ever experience such phenomenal customer service in my life. Andy was very interested in any issues I had to raise pertaining to my vehicle and addressed them promptly and thoroughly. Even if I thought I had a stupid question. I've never felt so comfortable with anyone providing customer service. He treated my concerns and my car as though it was his very own and acted very strenuously and quickly to rectify them. Even one issue, that's been ongoing since I purchased the vehicle, he took the time to follow up with me multiple times in the months following my visit. His energy is amazing and enthusiasm contagious. It's very very rare to meet anyone who is as good at their job as Andy. I in fact am looking forward to my next visits to northwest to maintain my car in the coming months because of Andy. Thank you Andy!! My very recent visit a few days was also equally good. Sanaya is a very knowledgeable lady and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her advice and the fact that she's very easy to talk to makes me feel super comfortable about any decision I make in your shop. Any inquiry I had she took the time to explain and help me render an appropriate decision in regards to my car. She is an amazing sales person and helped to take appropriate and prudent action for repairs on my car. She also made special inquiries into a special you guys had on rims and tires to ensure that they would be suited for my car despite me acting very impulsively at the idea of purchasing them.
